Inspiration

XWIZE is XRPL NFT Infrastructure for Decentralized Credentials Management.

By nature, academic and work credentials must be universally recognized and verifiable. The value of any certification comes from the ease of access, presentation and verification while being tamper-proof.

In both the primary/secondary schooling, university and work environments, verifying credentials largely remains a manual process that is heavily dependent on paper documentation and case-by-case checking.

What it does

Schools and Companies can use XRPL NFT to create, manage various credentials, course awards, certificates and employment and work token and award the same to their people. These are issued on the XRPL and then can be verified by any third party.

How we built it

ReactJS Front end with XRPL.JS, and NFT.Storage for pinning IPFS Metadata.

Challenges we ran into

TokenID resolution from the Mint NFT transaction, NFT Token/TX Explorer IPFS URI Resolution to read NFT Metadata

Accomplishments that we're proud of

One workflow is completed with credential distribution. Working on additional workflows such as credit transfers, payments (salary etc)
