xPrime is an onchain prime brokerage that lets users unlock yield, leverage, and liquidity from their stock portfolio.

Unified interface across earn, borrow, trade, hedge, spend against xStocks.
Users simply specify their financial intent, and xPrime automatically recommends and executes.
Advanced financial strategies for anyone with internet access.

Problem

Massive idle equity capital (~\$100T in equities; \$30T-\$40T in retail brokers) with low yield
Retail has limited access to advanced strategies like portfolio margin and structured products due to siloed brokerages, high capital requirements, and red tape.
Prime brokerage is costly: Retail margin interest rate 5-12%. Leveraged ETFs charge 1% fee.

xPrime is a prime brokerage rebuilt for the internet, enabling users to borrow against and earn yield on their stock portfolios, trade equities 24/5, and access entirely new onchain strategies such as tokenized structured products, perp basis, yield trading, and hedging.

Targeting crypto-native users first, then expanding to offchain retail via xPort.

Tokenized Leveraged ETFs
~30% APY (based on 10 year S&P500 performance accounting for interest).The vault flash borrows USDC = 2x deposit amount to create 3x implied leverage. xStock is collateralized on Tydro, USDC is borrowed to repay flashloan. Vault maintains target leverage via rebalancing function triggered by keeper. Leverage ETF position is tokenized and composable with DeFi. USD Carry Strategy
12.6% net APY on SPYx. Earn yield by collateralizing xStocks on Morpho SPYx-AUSD market, borrowing AUSD -10% borrow APR at 70% LTV (1.2 HF), and deploying into Flowdesk AUSD RWA Strategy v2 vault at 6.8% APR.
