Inspiration (Problem I solved):

According to Proptech it says? How can technology help developers review and approve the monthly pay requisition from the contractor based on real-time site monitoring
From the statement above, I can see that one of the biggest problem faced by Construction Industry is the issue of Contracts managements Eg.(Contracts and Payments Requistions, approvals and Payments) based on site monitoring. Another issue is how do I get Contractors, Subcontracts and Developers to use this system...

Here is how I solved this problem. I created an application called XPay:

XPay is a Realtime Contracts Managements System, Contracts Reviews, Requistions and Payments System.

It also serves as Realtime Collaboration Systems for Developers, Contractors and SubContractors during Contracts Bidding, Reviews and Payments.

It aslo allows the sharing and transfer of documents to and from Developers, Contractors and SubContractors privately all in real-time...

XPay Features Integrated:

1.)Signup as Engineering Contractor, SubContractor or as a Developer. The Application allows both Engineering Contractor, SubContractor or as a Developer to signup within the application. The app requires that each Registrant submits his Passports Pics, National Id, Social Security Number(Just Enter any value) etc.

2.)Clients Mangements Systems Contractors/SubContractors can easily Add and Build Your Clients Contacts List. You can add your Clients based on his/her email address. Contractors can be able to: a.) Send and Recieve Connection Request to and from his Clients
b.) Can be able to view and manage his Clients Bio Data
c.) Monitor his Clients Contracts and Payments Status
d.) Can easily reach his Clients Via Email and SMS Messages

3.)Fully Integrated Contracts Reviews, Requistion and Approval System: This will allow Contractors/SubContractors to send and Contracts Requistions, Reviews and approval to and from his clients all in realtime

4.)Fully Integrated Contracts Payments Reviews, Requistion and Approval System: This will allow Contractors/SubContractors to send and Contracts Payments Requistions, Reviews and approval to and from his clients all in realtime

5.)Fully Integrated Contracts Search Engine System: Allow Contracts/SubContractors to Search and Review Clients Contracts Status and Payments

6.)1 on 1 Chat Communications with File Sharing Options between Contractor, SubContractor and Developer:
This provides real-time Private Chat Collaboration between Developers, Contractors and Sub Contractors. This 1 to 1 Chat system can be used to manage:
a.) Communication work flow
b.) Realtime Files transfer and sharing eg real-time models, marks ups, and data etc. Allowable formats includes(Images, Pdf, MsWord, Excels etc.)
c.) Reports and Issues
d.) All sorts of Real-time Communications and Conversational follow ups between Engineering Contractors and its Clients privately one on one.

7.)Easily Monitor all Active, Pending, Paids, UnPaid and Expired Contracts.

8.)Easily Track Contracts Creation Time, Contracts Expiration Time , Contracts Payment Period all from Calendaring System.

9.)Fully Integrated Payments Invoice System:Once a Contract Payment is made, The Payer can be able to view and print his Contracts Payments Invoices anytime any day

1.) : This pink colored Real-time I-DumBell Icon displays real-time messages on Contracts Requistion, Reviews and approvals on the Application.

2.) : This white colored Real-time R-DumBell Icon displays real-time messages on Contracts Payments Requistions, Reviews, approvals and Payments on the Application.

3.) : This Real-time User Icon displays real-time One to One Client Chat List or Contact List.

4.) : This Real-time Message Icon displays real-time One to One Chat Messages with Files Sharing Options.

How to use this Application vs workflow.

1.)Call up a browser Eg. Chrome, Firefox,UC Browser and Create your Account. You will be required to Enter your Social Security Number(just anything),Passport, National Id Cards and other details for one time background Check..

2.) Once Logged In, If you are a Contractor or SubContractor and you want to create a Contract, you must get your Clients (Developers)Registered Email Address on this applications. You can then use your client email to register him as your client.

Next, Once You(Contractor) has registered your client, The application will automatically send a real-time notification requesting your Clients to authorize the friend request/connections. Your Client can either accept or decline the request. Once your client accept your request, He/She will automatically be added to your Chat contact list for further discussions and Collaborations.

Next, You(Contractor) can create a Contracts includes all the contracts details, stages, titles, amount etc and then send it to your Clients in Real-time. Your Clients then Review the Contracts details and then either approval or decline the Contracts.

Next, Once Contract agreed time is close by, You(Contractor) can send a Contract Payment Requisition to your Clients in Real-time. Your Clients then Review the Contracts Payments details and then either approval and Make Payments or declined it.

Once Payment is successfully made, The Contractors Virtual accounts gets updated in Realtime and your Client can be able to see, re-review his paid and Unpaid Contracts and can access and print his Payments Invoices only for Paid Contracts.

During this transactional processes 1 on 1 Chat System with File Sharing Options can be used to manage:
a.) Communication work flow between Contractors and its Clients
b.) Realtime Files transfer and sharing eg real-time models, marks ups, and data etc. Allowable formats includes(Images, Pdf, MsWord, Excels etc.)
c.) Reports and Issues
d.) All sorts of Real-time Communications and Conversational follow ups between Engineering Contractors, SubContractors
and their respective Clients.

Finnaly, As a Contractor/SubContractor, You can be able to manage, Search and monitor all Active, Pending, Paids, UnPaid and Expired Contracts.
The applications makes it easily to track Contracts Creation Time, Contracts Expiration Time , Contracts Payment Period all from Calendaring System based on date and time....
