Inspiration

Ai video editing and generation. It all started as a Media compressor but as time goes on I noticed people don't really need compression but Ai video automation. That was when I started making a plan to transition to video editor

What it does

Slimshot Ai is a productivity tool, I does not only edit videos but also compresses Media while the quality remains the same

How we built it

Slimshot Ai is built on dart. Using C as the video engine. Ffmpeg remains the top tool that carries the app.

Challenges we ran into

The challenges we ran into is trying to make editing smoother and fast exporting. We changed from one NATIVE language to another. Another challenge is transitioning which I'm still battling for a better preview though it worked well in export

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We have accomplished a lot. Currently the App can compress Media, Strip out privacy from media, and basic video editing. Ai integration is still in development

What we learned

We learn alot, that it works on your device does not mean it will work on other device, more time is spent on testing than implementations. I we learn how ffmpeg is being used to manipulate medias

What's next for Slimshot Ai

Slimshot Ai is advancing to Ai video generation and editing even though people can still do normal editing.
