We have develop a machine leaning model for the rent, sell prediction using an app.In app user will provide the data according to his/her need. In machine learning, we have trained the model using gradient boosting algorithm. After that we have save the model using pickle library. After that we have joined the app using the pickle file of trained machine learning model.
