Inspiration

This project is inspired by our company's mission (Gaspar AI) to enable organizations auto-resolve internal support requests.

What it does

With Xence you can answer employee questions automatically and instantly without getting involved. Employees get human-like answers straight from Confluence just by asking our chatbot, without leaving the JSM support portal.

How we built it

Using Forge, the UI and integrating with GPT3.5 Turbo along with a new database that integrates seamlessly with our machine learning platform.

Challenges we ran into

How to index documents properly especially when the files are big. How to implement dialogue management messages.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

It can be 100% self-serve without having to create an account at Gaspar's portal.

What we learned

We learned that in order to connect confluence to JSM portal we actually need a separate app called Xence Helper

What's next for Xence

Continuing our integrations with Atlassian products.
