The hack aimed to empower users and developers by enabling effortless interoperability between the XRP Ledger and a diverse array of EVM-compatible chains.

X-InterLink serves as a catalyst for blockchain harmony. At its core, it acts as an architectural marvel, fostering an interconnected environment between disparate blockchain networks. Through this platform, users gain the ability to seamlessly transfer assets, engage with smart contracts, and explore decentralized applications across a spectrum of blockchain ecosystems. The platform’s multifaceted capabilities include a Universal Asset Bridge ensuring secure cross-chain asset transfers, a Smart Contract Marketplace enabling the deployment and exchange of smart contracts, and a dApp Aggregator unifying decentralized applications into a singular, accessible interface.
How we built it
The development of X-InterLink was a meticulous process rooted in cutting-edge technology and innovative methodologies. Leveraging Solidity for smart contract creation, JavaScript for frontend development, and Python for backend infrastructure, orchestrated a symphony of code. The intricate smart contracts, meticulously crafted in Solidity, form the backbone of secure asset transfers and escrow services. The bridge mechanism, incorporating cryptographic hashing and decentralized verification, was meticulously designed to guarantee the integrity of asset transfers. X-Interlink user interface, a seamless marriage of JavaScript frameworks, offers an intuitive gateway to interact with the platform's rich functionalities.
Challenges we ran into

Ensuring the highest levels of security and transparency in asset transfers and smart contract execution demanded meticulous attention.
