Inspiration

My older brother attends college and is irresponsible. He missed his final linear algebra exam and failed the class because he forgot to set his alarm for the morning.

What it does

The WITH U Alarm stands for, "Wake The Hell Up!" it is intended to allow other users to set alarms on other peoples' phones. For example, if I know my brother is irresponsible, I can set an alarm from my phone for him so that he wakes the hell up.

How we built it

I have very little experience coding and fail to successfully finish. I was able to accomplish making an alarm in Java using eclipse. The alarm is not complete, but it takes the local time and users can set an alarm time.

Challenges we ran into

I tried to reference open source, but it just didn't work so I just made the most basic alarm.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

While I did not nearly 100% finish, I learned a lot which was my goal.

What we learned

I learned a lot about Java, default methods in Java, and that in order to be successful in CS, I need to learn other programs and languages.

What's next for WTHU Alarm

Future plans, I'd complete the project and make it look pretty.
