Health risk of the information age

Mass adoption of information technology has helped productivity to reach new heights. However, it has also introduced challenges that have remained unanswered. Wrist pains caused by carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) and other repeated stress injuries (RSI) plague many information workers of today.

The first app of its kind

Wristler is the first application to target the problem at its root; the wrist of the user. By observing behavioural patterns of the user, the application detects dangerous periods of muscular stress and resolve the situation through a compact training routine: stretch, shake and push (SSP).
