Inspiration
Often, people are afraid to post their opinions in the Internet because their words are attached to an identity. We wanted to create a community where people can express their thoughts freely and completely anonymously.
What it does
Posts are shared by anonymous users, which are then voted and discussed upon by peers, who also remain anonymous.
How we built it
The client is HTML5 with JavaScript, communicating through a RESTful API with the Go backend running on an Azure VM and distributed through AWS CloudFront.
Challenges we ran into
Writing an entire application in less than 24 hours was the main challenge.
