Inspiration
We got inspired by learning games like Duolingo and Wordle and hoped to make a game where users would be able to learn about different countries and encourage international travel.
What it does
Worldle is a game that allows users to learn about different countries by giving them images of the country's culture and making them guess what the country is. The website would then later provide facts about the country to the user to promote travel.
How we built it
We used HTML, CSS, and Javascript to create the website.
Challenges we ran into
This was a challenging project because we never used HTML, JavaScript, or CSS before. Additionally, our idea was bigger than our skill level so we were not able to complete the program to our desires.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We were able to implement a map selection system to our code.
What we learned
We learned how to combine all three coding languages to create an interactive website.
What's next for Worldle
We hope to finish the project and try to advance it as much as possible to provide a fun experience for users.
