Inspiration
I like wholesome memes they make me feel warm and fuzzy inside
What it does
Streams in tweets around the world then performs a sentiment analysis on said tweets to ascertain their wholesomeness which is then recorded
How I built it
Slowly and painfully, I used the Python module NLTK for the natural language processing aspect of the program using just a smidge of machine learning using Naive Bayers Classifiers and I used the module Tweepy to let me access the twitter API for all my wholesome needs
Challenges I ran into
Me, I was the main obstacle in actually getting this done
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
I didn't cry at any point which is a first for my coding projects
What I learned
The world is a negative place and nothing is worth anything anymore just give up
