Inspiration
I started going to the gym recently to lift weights. I had been writing down what I did every time in order to track my progress and I thought it would be convenient to have an app to assist me with that.
What it does
Allows a user to record a workout. The user can create a new workout which consists of a set of exercises, or repeat a previous workout. Based on the weight, and number of sets and reps of exercises on the previous workout, the app gives the user a goal for the current workout. The user can record their weight, sets, and reps of all of their lifts and the app will log the progress. The user will be able to navigate to a page which displays a visual representation of their weightlifting progress through the form of a line graph.

I have only used React once before, so I ended up spending a lot of time just figuring out how to use the framework.

Database integration, Login System with backend, revamped progression system to accommodate more types of exercises and more specific user preferences.
