Inspiration

We wanted to develop software that would keep you in line, most of the time-- especially in those sticky situations.

What it does

WorkMom is the perfect app for anyone who needs help organizing their tasks and managing their workload. The app uses cohere to foster a rephrasing feature that allows you to communicate effectively with your professors or bosses when you're feeling overwhelmed or overworked. With WorkMom, you can easily prioritize your tasks and track your progress. Plus, its user-friendly interface makes it easy to navigate and use. Don't let a cluttered task list or difficult conversations with your superiors stress you out any longer.

How we built it

WorkMom has a front-end composed of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript working in tandem with a backend built with Python with the language capability features powered by cohere through the generative AI properties. WorkMom is deployed in the browser via Flask.

Challenges we ran into

The biggest challenge we ran into was understanding how to integrate cohere in the python application and display AI-generated responses on the webpage while simultaneously deploying the web application.
