Use of Google Cloud Tools and MongoDB in WorkLoob

At WorkLoob, we integrate advanced cloud and database technologies to ensure scalability, speed, and intelligence across our platform.

🧠 Google Cloud – Gemini for AI Integration We utilize Google Cloud’s Gemini AI models to power our AI-driven features. These models support a wide range of functionalities to enhanced the platform with AI-powered agents for specialized tasks, including:

Text analysis and content creation
Smart task summaries, diagrams, and more These AI tools are accessed via Google Cloud’s Vertex AI API, enabling real-time, high-performance generative results that enhance both user productivity and experience.
🗂️ MongoDB – Scalable NoSQL Database We use MongoDB as our primary database for storing and managing core application data. This includes:

Job and gig details
Chat history
AI-generated outputs (text and image metadata) MongoDB’s flexible schema design and high performance make it ideal for handling dynamic gig data and AI-generated content. It also supports fast retrieval and real-time updates, ensuring smooth collaboration between clients and talents.

Challenges we ran into

Partnership with ATM card provide like Flutterwave: We are not yet been incorporated due to lack of funds which makes us unable to finish up testing the real time physical crypto card. While building on Base Blockchain, I faced key challenges, especially integrating on-chain smart wallets. Finding the right approach was difficult due to multiple libraries, but Wagmi proved best for React.
A major issue on the blockchain tools were using is writeContracts on Wagmi (import { useWriteContracts, useCapabilities } from "wagmi/experimental";) it resolves transaction on submission instead of when mined on-chain. This causes my Escrow Service & AI Agent Approval to falsely assume transaction completion. and trigger the Escrow and AI prematurely. Though wallet pop-ups work, and data updates on-chain as user confirm transaction.
To solve this, I’m exploring:
Polling mechanisms to track transaction mining status.
Event listeners for real-time transaction updates.
Collaboration with Base teams for better smart wallet integration.
