Workaholic solves the problem that the system where a company’s work already lives is usually the least powerful system in the stack. Today, most work management tools are treated like administrative overhead: they are slow, fragmented, and used for tracking after the fact rather than driving execution in real time. That means companies are sitting on their richest source of context, priorities, decisions, blockers, and workflow history, but they are not actually turning it into leverage.
The pain the customer feels is that execution is slower than it should be, important context gets buried, and the operating system of the business is overlooked instead of weaponized. Workaholic changes that. We are building a work management system that does not just store work, but uses the full context of how a company operates to make execution sharper, faster, and more scalable. In other words, we are turning the place where work already happens into one of the most powerful strategic assets a company has.
This is Workaholic.
The first work management system where the task and the solution can create themselves in one conversation.
Our first commitment is voice AI.
it is completely backwards that the primary ai interface for work is still a text box.
when people speak they give unlimited context without even trying.
So in Workaholic, you just talk your work into reality.
Singularity (our voice AI), turns that conversation into Spaces, Projects, Work Items and so much more.
And that leads to our second decision.
Prompting is a pre-mature term. not the future.
Context, by accident is the future. Work management by itself, is already the perfect prompt structure. A Project has context. A Work Item has fields. A Goal has targets,
all unlimited structured context for any AI model to complete any intended outcome.
We've split the product into two clear lanes.
Human Work: Goals, Planner, Dashboards, lists, boards, files, and all the views a team needs.
Agentic Work: Agentic Spaces and Projects are how we replace the chat box.
Real spaces, with queues, responsibilities, approvals, run history, costs, and handoffs.
all controllable by both the human to delegate and the Agents itself.
If an agent cannot handle something, it moves back into the human space.
If a human wants to delegate something, they promote it into an agentic space.
We think the stigma that AI work has to live in a chat box is wrong.
The future is not humans typing all day.
The future is people explaining work naturally, while the system turns that into structure, tasks, solutions, and execution.
but there is one more thing:
The Workaholic Exchange.
The Exchange consists of 3 Categories.
Workforce Exchange: You can hire talent right inside your Work management Platform, and buy/hire agents from listings, creating a Marketplace dynamic.
You can grow your team, send offers, decide pay, and keep your work profile with you even if you join a new team or a new company.
With App Exchange lets people buy and sell templates, systems, and operating models.
and finally with Service Exchange you turn Workaholic into a sales channel for service based businesses.
You can search for Contractors to get work done for you.
Prevent Fraud and Buy safely With buyers and sellers protection.
If you have a project, you can publish it as a request, and companies can come back with quotes to do the work.
The Service Exchange is the first Premium Service marketplace not disconnected from Context.
and.
That is why we think Workaholic becomes the default interface for work.
It is your team, your agents, and the outside world, all operating in one system.
