Workaholic solves the problem that the system where a company’s work already lives is usually the least powerful system in the stack. Today, most work management tools are treated like administrative overhead: they are slow, fragmented, and used for tracking after the fact rather than driving execution in real time. Agentic Work: Agentic Spaces and Projects are how we replace the chat box.

Real spaces, with queues, responsibilities, approvals, run history, costs, and handoffs.

all controllable by both the human to delegate and the Agents itself.

If an agent cannot handle something, it moves back into the human space.

If a human wants to delegate something, they promote it into an agentic space.

We think the stigma that AI work has to live in a chat box is wrong.
