the motivation behind the WorkForce platform is the the alamaring rate of continous increase in unemployment and the lack of skill required for current business processes which rely heavily on information technology. We also got inspiration from App models like kaggle, slack, and github

The application offers a collaborative space where individuals can form teams remotely to form virtual companys and build software solutions for business clients. It also provide practical training for beginners to be able to learn technological skill.

we use existing APIs to create a project management platform that team members can use to track their progress while developing and integrate various IDEs that will facilitate project development

I am very new to most of the application I worked with on this project from the enterprise architecture software to the demobuilder software, I had to learn each of them as I work with them. It was not easy

I am proud at the end we were able to create something I learnt how to use github, work with different software packages.

From all courses taken I learnt at lot from the building a team course, I learnt how to work with the sparx enterprise architecture I used in to build a use case model on the day 2 ui project. I also learnt how to use drupal tool in creating a dashboard the source code is located at day 3 implementation

the main theme behind the workforce platform is on three strengths, the learning, the collaboration and the access to client, this will go on to be a space that host virtual companies and subsidiaries, a future scalablilty of the project is integration the use of virtual reality toolkit that will help developers interact with other teams members and also with clients
