Inspiration
As custom integration developer, we began to see a huge spike in medical practices wanting integrations from the EHR's to automation software (like Infusionsoft/Keap). DrChrono looks to be one of the more complete solutions to provide said integrations as a service.
What it does
Creates an integration between DrChrono and CRM/Marketing/Automations software to provide a customizable solution to improving practice to patient communications
How we built it
Using DrChrono webhooks and DrChrono and Infusionsoft API's with PHP (7.3)
Challenges we ran into
Determining the best actions to trigger tags and updates with to best facilitate the most flexible options and solutions.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Have been able to provide integrations to every SaaS that uses API or direct database management.
What we learned
Medical practices have a great many factors that can complicate their offices running smoothly
What's next for Workflow, marketing and followup automations
Add to the integration additional CRM/Automation tools and other communications options.
