WorkersNow

WorkersNow is a web application that allows construction workers and trades people find all potential employers of their skill set in their local area, then build and submit a resume to them. This service is made possible by public permit data.  When a construction contractor starts a job they must file for a permit.  Therefore the permit office is a great source of information on which companies are actually working and therefore have to hire. With unemployment in construction at 15%, this is a very valuable free service to the people who build our nation.
