Inspiration
This project addresses the problems faced by the labourers working in factories and other places where there is no clear communication between the workers and the management to address their needs and concerns, which leads to disappointment and unhappiness in the workplace which subsequently leads to workers quitting their jobs.
What it does
It provides a portal for the workers where they can log into their accounts and file complaints, chat with a representative, and get to know their rights. The workers can fill out a form which goes directly to the management team. And the management team can get back to the employee to address their issues by arranging a chat session with them.
What we learned
We learned that coding and making a project from scratch is not as easy as it seems when watching tutorials 😅
