We set out to help the local community with our knowledge.
Our mission is to connect volunteers with those in need. Whether your neighbor down the street needs help to shovel her driveway or there is fundraiser that's looking for helpers, we aim to get people active in bettering their communities.
People wanting to volunteer can browse job openings that they have been automatically matched with, and people/organizations that put out jobs can likewise browse their matched volunteers. To keep things simple, only three potential connections are browsable at a time. Once you show your interest or disinterest in one of your matches, another spot opens up. Two parties, once interested in one another, are put into contact.

We are most proud of the database structure which keeps track of all of the volunteers and job openings, while containing all of the relevant information.
