A Work Breakdown Structure is a hierarchical way to represent pieces of a project. It is very easy to use and understand. A WBS breaks down all these complex activities into smaller, more management constituent parts, typically within 3 levels.
The WBS template is a great way to visualize deliverables and show relationships between tasks. It also helps teams to focus on the outcomes of the work and eliminates redundant tasks.
The template includes an example of a landscaping project. The text in the template can be replaced with your project's information. In the video example, we show how to use this template for a website creation project.
