Hello there Sophie, thank you for your reply.
I have had numerous chats to various happiness engineers about embedding https://www.facebook.com/personaldevelopmentatme/ page into blogs. I ended up giving up on the Facebook block and using Mongoose to put a follow me embed which features at the bottom of my site.
I was reading over your latest chat, and it seems like this was coming from a possible conflict between ASTRA and AMP. I am seeing that my colleague shared these options with you
You could deactivate AMP, and see if that clears things up. You could try switching the markup status in the link above to Keep for the options it's removing, like the facebook-embed.min.js You could reach out to Astra directly for more information on AMP compatibility issues. Did you have a chance to try any of these? If so, did you notice any differences?
And premium blocks are a KEY selling aspect of premium plan .com sites. Hence I'm sending in these user experience issues.
I can confirm there is an open issue regarding this bug and we are currently looking into it, right here: https://github.com/Automattic/wp-calypso/issues/45279
We will get back to you as soon as we have been able to clarify this.
In the meantime please feel free to contact us again if you need anything else.
