Word chains

Inspiration

This is a memory game which we played when we were little but is never too late to feel childish again.

What it does

Guess a word that starts with two random letter, you could chose to compete with Alexa or other players.

How we built it

Start the game with a random selected word and the next player will guess a word that start with the last two letters of the previous word. The game ends when you can't find an word in a specific time which is default 30 seconds or you have too many tries usually three.

Challenges we ran into

Lack of time to build it in real time I could not import a huge dataset as a slot type as this is cap at 1.5 MB
