Solution - Distributed news collection and distribution that ensures sources / journalists are either anonymous or quite public on dangerous, breaking news stories but can still communicate to traditional journalists
The back-end is implemented here - the message structure, the definition of a 'link-level' connection, identity, and interfaces for enabling smart display and control of connections.
