Women safety

Inspiration: Women’s safety is a major concern in today’s world. Many incidents happen due to lack of immediate help. This inspired us to create a solution that provides quick support in emergency situations. What it does: This project is a women safety application that allows users to send instant SOS alerts, share live location, and notify emergency contacts with a single tap. How we built it: We developed a mobile/web-based system using modern technologies with GPS tracking and real-time alert features. Challenges we ran into: Implementing real-time location tracking and ensuring quick alert delivery were challenging, but we optimized the system for fast response. What we learned: We learned about real-time systems, API integration, and the importance of building impactful solutions. Future scope: We plan to integrate AI-based danger detection, voice activation, and direct police/emergency service connection
