Women are considered as a goddess in our country and in spite of that position and respect given to her, the safety of women in India is always in question. This situation stems from the fact that there is huge gender parity in India between males and females and females are usually considered as someone who is confined to household work. This dangerous line of thinking can be traced back to the safety of women in the work environment as well as in domestic households. Therefore to protect women is our moral duty. Hence, this thought inspired me to build an app. It consists of various buttons namely 2 Alert Buttons, About us, Emergency Contacts, Live Location and Inbox. The app consists of 2 alert buttons. Whenever any women is in danger, she will press the alert button and a missed call will be sent from her side. Her parents having the same app will receive a danger message and a call from her side. I built it using android studio. Fixing its UI and live location feature was the most difficult task for me. The project is now working good.
