Inspiration - I was inspired to create my project by women who want to change their lives, but due to circumstances it is difficult or almost impossible for them to do it. These women work at an unloved job with a small salary, they want to live in another country, but cause of their bad knowledge of the language or the need to constantly work in the office from morning to evening, it is difficult for them to plan their time for travel, training. Many have children. And someone has physical disability and it is difficult for them to find a job. They are united by one thing - the desire to learn the IT profession and work remotely.

What it does - Communicating and watching them, I realized that, despite many opportunities, these girls still need help and support if they want to change their lives for the better. And I decided to create my own educational project - an online school where they will be able to learn a new IT profession, get support in finding a job, maintain a balance between work and personal life. They can do it in any place, at any time, in their own language

How we built it - I create a demo page in Latvian and just need to build the learning platform. Also need translate in english

Challenges we ran into - how and where to build alearning platform with personal account, learning materials

Accomplishments that we're proud of - I did it! I create demo page! I'm inspired!

What's next for Women IT Academy - tofind people to create final product (UX/UI designer and front-end developer), to invite educators, to advise for clients
