Women gig worker support and safety system

Inspiration Women gig workers often face safety risks, unstable income, and lack of support. We wanted to build a platform that empowers them with safety tools, financial tracking, and a supportive community. What it does SheSafe is an all-in-one platform that provides SOS alerts, voice-based emergency triggers, live location sharing, earnings and expense tracking, personalized learning videos, job opportunities, and a real-time community for support and safety reporting. How we built it We used a mobile-first approach with frontend frameworks like Flutter/React Native and integrated backend services using Firebase for authentication, real-time database, and storage. APIs were used for maps, SMS alerts, and voice recognition.
