We were fed up with the scarcity of research on taboo topics like menstrual health and the challenges women face in finding credible information. Determined to break down barriers, we set out to create a solution. "Period." was born from a deep-seated need to make self-education on women's health issues more accessible and less daunting.

What it does:

"Period." revolutionizes research by organizing subjects into easily navigable subdivisions. Users can explore topics like menstrual health in-depth with freshly crafted wiki pages. With the ability to shuffle, backtrack, and bookmark pages, navigating research has never been easier.

How we built it:

"Period." was crafted using Svelte and Sveltekit, with the functionality powered by OpenAI's GPT-4 API. Countless hours of dedication and a commitment to learning new technologies brought this innovative platform to life.

Challenges we ran into:
