Inspiration
Every RWA, loan, and creator royalty lives with a silent kill-switch: the upgrade key. One bad vote or hack and billions vanish. I watched too many artists and founders lose everything to mutable promises. Wolfë GRC V6 was born to burn that key forever.
What it does
Turns any promise (loan covenant, royalty split, IP transfer) into an immutable, AI-gated, burned-key title deed on Solana.
ERNIE-5.0 scores every covenant. ≥0.90 = permanently sealed in a PDA. No human can ever change it again.
How we built it
- Anchor + Rust → Solana program (upgrade authority BURNED forever)
- Baidu ERNIE-5.0 → live covenant scoring (1.0 on $2.4M Chronos film IP)
- Google Colab → one-click seal demo

Challenges we ran into
- Solana Playground RPC flaking on mainnet-beta (fixed with local validator)
- Getting ERNIE-5.0 to return clean JSON instead of prose (took 19 iterations)
- Explaining “burned key” to non-crypto people (solved with the “bank vault + melted key” metaphor)
Accomplishments that we're proud of
- Upgrade authority is literally NULL on-chain (no one can ever touch it)
- ERNIE-5.0 scored a $2.4M real-world covenant 1.0 → Seal
- Artizen Fund green-lit, Ondo Catalyst & Centrifuge applied, Solana $100k grant reviewing
- Zero-token model with $273k projected ARR from 15 seals/day
What we learned
Burning the key is easy.
Getting the world to understand why it matters is the real war.
