Inspiration
Sometimes you're excited to sign contracts but there's no one in sight to act as your witness. WitnessPool helps people connect with Witnesses to fill this need, especially in the age of working remote.
What it does
It's a platform of verified and reliable witnesses that are available to sign and remain reachable beyond the signing process. We use ID documents to verify the users and offer them documents to participate in.
How we built it
It was built with Typescript, React, Cognito and SignNow API.
Challenges we ran into
The API was not responding to some of the Requests but we have a demo that can showcase some of the intended features of the app.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Creating the basic layout and deploying the app live.
What we learned
SignNow API can be the backbone of this app and help revolutionize the way people sign and collaborate on documents.
What's next for WitnessPool
Hopefully get the basic functionality working and have a functional prototype.
