Witch's House was inspired by the desire to combine ancient esoteric practices with modern, lightning-fast web technologies. The goal was to build an accessible, beautifully designed digital sanctuary for anyone exploring tarot readings, astrology, and personal self-discovery.

What it does

The platform features an interactive Tarot reading system, automated natal chart generation, and astrological compatibility calculations. All data processing and calculations happen directly on the client side, ensuring maximum speed and complete user privacy.

How we built it

Built using Next.js and TypeScript for a robust frontend architecture, styled with Tailwind CSS, and optimized as a Progressive Web App (PWA) for seamless performance across all devices.

Challenges we ran into

Balancing complex astrological formulas with instant client-side execution required careful architectural choices to keep the application lightweight and responsive without relying on heavy backend databases.
