Inspiration

We were inspired for this app by our own needs of relief and comfort through stressful and difficult times.

What it does

Wisely gives great daily quotes, memes, gif and cute animal pictures for you to share with your friends. Sending those insights with your friends can strengthen your bond with them and give you a sense of acceptance within your friend group and yourself if you use it alone.

How we built it

We build the app with expo.io which let us see in real time what our modifications were doing without needing to deploy it before.

Challenges we ran into

It was difficult to upload a non-static web app to a server online. Hence, we were not able to do it in time.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are quite proud of the graphic design of the app and the name of the app.

What we learned

We learned how to develop an app with React-Native (none of us had done it). We also were able to work as a team to get the project to the end.

What's next for Wisely

Implementation of the sharing features and being able to add friends through the app. Also to deploy it to internet, App store and Google Play.
