Senior citizens over the age of 65 are often excluded from digital financial services such as online banking. Due to overhead cuts, services in local bank branches are often eliminated that would help seniors. We can build an application (app) to serve customers' online banking needs: deposit checks, pay bills, and transfer funds across accounts. Our platform is a combination of offline and online services. Brand associates will walkthrough how to use the app on the customer’s phone and ensure the smooth transition to digital platforms, especially senior citizens who may need more help. In the long term, basic online services will be handled on the app.
