Inspiration
Our team had to make a choice whether to create value for Easi or for its customer, we have chosen the former path. The idea is to make consulting services accessible for small businesses since they are usually not ready to spend about 10 000 $ for ordering a project.
What it does
The chatbot converses with a customer and discusses their issue. Afterwards, based on consulting books and previous cases resolved by a consulting firm it provides a possible solutions.
How we built it
The chatbot has been built using Python and existing supervised machine learing models that were fine tuned using consulting books and a datbase with all previous cases of Easi and other consulting companies that agrred to sell their databases.
Challenges we ran into
Fine tuning a pre-trained model takes a large amount of data and resouces. Due to a compressed time frame we were not able to fully flesh out all potential from the model.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We have a working model and a comperhensive business plan.
