Inspiration

Gender gap in technology is a widely prominent issue in the society today. Women feel stalled in tech hence resign. Women are more than twice as likely to quit the tech industry as men. A challenge for women in the workplace is getting the same opportunities as men.

Our project

WinTech aim to bridge the gap between individuals by providing all rounded support for their career development. We are using digital intelligence to see beyond gender gap, where woman can think about breaking stereotypes, reimagine future and strive for excellence.

We aim to provide them tailored career services along with resources and materials tailored for their needs.

Our project has two features. It provides mentorship and guidance by established women in the industry and its a platform for women who has taken a break in career due to pregnancy related issues etc to polish their skills so that they can make a comeback to the industry confidently.
