We came into Winhacks not entirely sure on what we were doing, since neither of us have ever competed in a hackathon before. So with the goal of pumping out a mostly complete project before the end of the weekend, Josh and I decided on something that had to be relatively simple and streamlined, we decided to resolve one problem both of us tend to have, and that's having to find a USB or external HDD to store data on if we do a reinstall of our system or if we just want to keep data redundant. This is how BackUpMyInfo was born, with the goal of keeping it very simple, and easy enough to use, that anyone could pick it up.
