Trying a new challenge!

What it does

It searches the TomTom API for agricultural businesses (mostly farms) in the region for the designated challenge, and displays them in an easy-to-read web app.

How we built it

We used Python in the backend, which makes requests to the TomTom API daily and sends data to the frontend when requested. The frontend runs on Vue.

I did the frontend, and learned Vue along the way. I learned CSS flexbox as well. Overall, this experience was amazing, whether or not we win, this was worth it.

I worked primarily on the backend. I wrote the (sort of hacky) wrapper for the TomTom API that we used, the code that collects data from the API and simplfies it, and the Sanic program that serves JSON data to the frontend.
