On a windy day, while walking past the Prudential building, we saw a high-rise window cleaner struggling to stand straight. The dangerous situation made us think what we can do to make this better. After doing some searches online, we found several video about wind slamming the cleaning platform, such as https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mL_LuxMWPl8. Therefore, we wonder what we can do to make the cleaning platform more stable.
What it does
It detects strong wind and then counteracts the wind by firing propellers.
How we built it
We built the skyscraper model with 80/20 and build the window platform with a bunch of ropes, box, and propellers (and motors).
Challenges we ran into
The motor driver and power issues spent us a lot of time. Raspberry PI is so slow.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are able to finish the entire system and make it (almost) work in 18+ hours.

Window cleaning is a hard task. Raspberry PI is so slow.
