Don't judge this

Please don't judge this -- for the hackathon nor for the Polaris Plus. I had all my submission documents ready (including the Devpost script), but unfortunately due to the Devpost issue, my submission was not received. However, my script documents and video was all submitted to the Github README where the timestamps (both in the Github as well as the video) indicate that my submission was created well before the hackathon deadline (May 9, 2022).

When I brought this up to @Sam234 on NEO Discord, he was very kind to allow my submission through after I showed all the evidence that nothing was created before the deadline, but the rest of the team at NEO were reluctant to let my submission be judged (but offered to allow me to be a part of the Polaris Plus even though my project needed to be judged first). I don't understand why this was done -- the whole point of submitting to this hackathon was to get my project judged first and then if I was a winner, then enter the Polaris Plus.

I'm sorry, but my submission was made under the assumption that it would be judged first. I'm not going to take any short cut and develop projects for you (with Polaris Plus funding) if my project can't be judged and me receive a prize if I was a winner. I'm sorry.

If you change your mind, let me know and I will update this submission of mine. If not, good luck to you. I don't feel at all comfortable taking part in such a hackathon.

I understand why you made your decision -- certainly, I could have made changes and updated my project submission which would not be fair to the other contestants, however, I have provided you with ALL the evidence you might need -- from the Github repo (which has timestamps) and the YouTube video (which has actual footage of a scene which demonstrates my project was created well before May 9, 2022).
