How we built it
Built on HTML, CSS< Bootstrap and JavaScript. API used is from News API.
Challenges we ran into
The biggest challenge we face was finding an API related to women and LGBTQI news.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
It's our first hackathon, and we're proud to working together in the midst of a pandemic and creating something which will help the minority.
What we learned
Biggest output would be working in a team virtually! And as beginners we learned about various frontend technologies and using an API to fetch data.
What's next for willCodeForFood News
Next stop would be creating a better API on women and other minorities centric new.
