Problem

*No way to capture information from the general public on poaching, wildlife trafficking, and human-wildlife conflict into the SMART system

Solution

*SMS ingestion engine anonymously processes user reports in real-time, pulling out keywords to populate SMART data model *Analytics Dashboard aggregates data from SMS reports and multiple SMART Connect servers to show trends in poaching activity regionally and globally
