Inspiration

I live in British Columbia and it is a regular occurrence each summer for people to lose their homes to wildfires. Post-fire reports show that there are opportunities to significantly reduce risk to homes by taking a few simple proactive steps ahead of time.

What it does

The application analyzes an image of a home to assess the safety risk and to provide actionable recommendations.

How we built it

A single prompt that leverages Bolt, Netlify, Supabase, and an integration to the OpenAI API.

Challenges we ran into

No major challenges. Very impressed with how well everything worked.

The application works well with a variety of test images.
