Inspiration

The healing power of nature—specifically through Outdoor Behavioral Therapy (OBT), semiotics, and bioacoustics—is undeniable. Yet, it remains largely inaccessible within standard healthcare systems due to complex medical coding and massive billing friction. We were inspired to bridge this gap, ensuring that immersive wilderness therapy can be treated, validated, billed, and covered by insurance just like any traditional clinical encounter.

What it does

The Antigravity Agentic Billing Command Center is an autonomous AI agent for clinical medical coding, real-time insurance adjudication, and payment processing.

• Data Ingestion: Ingests vital telemetry (HRV, Blood Pressure, Cortisol Index) and wilderness clinical encounter narratives.
• Autonomous Coding: Uses Gemini's reasoning engine to autonomously synthesize these narratives into compliant ICD-10 diagnostic codes and AMA CPT procedural codes.
• Real-time Settlement: Executes instant EDI 837P clearinghouse adjudication against payer fee schedules and processes HSA/FSA payments on the spot.
• Ecosystem Bridge: Bidirectionally syncs patient wellness retreat entitlements, member ledgers, and published case studies with wildernessdojo.home.blog.

How we built it

We built the core reasoning engine using Gemini (Gemini 2.5 Flash), deploying it within the Google Antigravity framework to execute multi-stage autonomous billing streams.

• We integrated a zero-trust IAM gateway for secure, HIPAA-compliant clearances.
• We engineered an automated CMS-1500 claim form generator backed by a cryptographic ledger audit trail (SHA-256 state signatures).
• We established a bidirectional REST catalog and HMAC-SHA256 authenticated webhook sync with WordPress.com to securely link our autonomous backend directly to the Dojo's publishing suite.

Challenges we ran into

One of the most significant challenges was mapping unconventional somatic telemetry and bioacoustics therapy data to rigid, traditional CMS and AMA medical necessity rules. Furthermore, building a zero-fraud verified payment gateway that operates autonomously required stringent state-signature auditing and highly structured prompt-engineering to prevent the AI from generating hallucinated diagnostic codes.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We successfully built a system that essentially replaces an entire back-office medical billing department with a single, highly transparent autonomous AI agent. We are incredibly proud of our WordPress Sanctuary Bridge, which securely links a public-facing wellness blog to a robust, HIPAA-compliant backend billing engine—allowing instant publishing of clinical wellness articles via a Post-by-Email Gateway.

What we learned

We learned that agentic models like Gemini are exceptionally capable of understanding the nuanced intersection between holistic somatic therapy and strict medical compliance. We also discovered that completely automating financial friction allows clinical directors to focus entirely on patient outcomes, inner growth, and ecological immersion.
