Wild Wild West Blackjack

Inspiration

Our team wanted to set out and create a project that none of us have tried before. We set our sights on game development which turned out to be a unique challenge.

What it does

We built a fully functional blackjack table in python using pygame. It comes with music and animations in a wild wild west setting.

Challenges we ran into

Since our group had no prior experience with game development, using pygame was a unique challenge.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We're proud of the project we accomplished in the allotted 24 hour time period. It was a successful experience overall.

What we learned

Game development is difficult and managing state within the game runtime can require unique solutions.
