You're going down the street (driving, riding a bike, walking) and you pass a certain location. Your phone will then notify you of the closest important areas to you and show a Wikipedia page on the location. The app would also allow you to save the passed locations in the cloud and sync to any other device that ran the app and you could re-read the information or remove the information from the cloud. This is the vision that we had for this app.
Due to issues with the WP8.1 Geofencing API, we weren't able to complete the app on Windows Phone, Android or the (Windows Azure) cloud service or use the Wikimedia APIs
