WIJHA orients pilgrims with digital signage, providing them with directions to manage the crowd traffic dynamically.

Every year there are more than 160,000 security and civil defense forces deployed on the feild to ensure the security and safety of pilgrims; they control hajj traffic in a strict workflow with The Hajj security and control command center; using almost 6000 cameras to prevent; overcrowding and Stampede between hojjaj. But as solid and organised this method of work is; it still takes lots of officers on the feild; applies contact through walkie-talkies between them with the use of static signage for guidance causing the same congestion problems.

As a Solution we present to you : WIJHA. A service proposed for the Ministry of Interior to be implemented in The Hajj security and control command center; it provides direction to pilgrims simply by using outdoor android screens; replacing directly the static signs. we will do this by placing our screens in calculated places and needed areas between every hadj step; security officers will be able to guide pilgrims ;manage the crowd and the traffic in a dynamic way with on demand content from the watch & control centers; where each employee will use the Wijha Administrator Platform controlling any wanted area and its screens.

Also; we have the Wijha Mobile App made for pilgrims where they can easily onclick to check the screens state and content in their located area in a detailed map showing all of them in order in a clear display; and this is the main feature only; the other features in the app will consist on notifying the pilgrims for huge traffic places; closed places and how to change the route; also an agenda with upcoming road information to get the latest traffic news; and in the near future an area for companies ads in a tap to read article way to generate more revenues;
