Inspiration
Whole Foods is recognized by its abundance of high quality products. For customers and staff navigating labels, certifications, ingredients and products is best done with the help of an expert assistant.
Note: I do not represent Whole Foods in any way.
What it does
Helps customers find matching products based on ingredients, products, brand, recipe, cuisine, diet, budget, occasion, etc.
Helps staff give better service to customers by providing information about the brand, ingredients, certifications, or other information about a specific product.
How we built it
Built using PartyRock starting with a prompt that leverage the power of Artificial Intelligence and generative AI to respond to user input.
Challenges we ran into
Did not find a way to update the app by editing the prompt.
No possibility to generate audio responses.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Explore the use of AI to resolve real world problems without a deep understanding of the AI theory, tools or coding thanks to the low entry level of PartyRock.
Create a prototype that without previous training on propietary data is able to generate results with a high degree of accuracy.
What we learned
AI real time generated responses can be impactful responding to user interactions.
AI supported by AWS is capable of generating images, responses to questions and chat interactivity with high quality, but still you should be alert checking for allucinations or inacurate responses.
What's next for Whole Foods Dismistified
Show the app to a Whole Foods representative, as a way to increase customer satisfaction and improve the way the staff serve clients.
To get better suggestions the app may get integrated with inventory and fine tuned with current products data.
