Inspiration
Helping people get to know who Jesus Christ is and gain a personal relationship with Him.
What it does
It helps those seeking to learn more about Jesus to understand why we need Him as our Lord and Savior and how to do that. Through extensively researched Bible verses, cross referenced with other Bible translations and guidance from commentators such as Charles Spurgeon, John MacArthur and Dr. Barnett this should become a great resource for anyone looking to not only discover Jesus, but to gain insight and wisdom to who He is and what He has done for us.
How we built it
The website is still in development. I created a title page in Visual Studio Code using html while following along with a video during Global Hack Week in GitHub.
Challenges we ran into
Because I am new to the tech world, it is extremely slow going with seemingly little progress.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Being new to the tech world it is a feat in itself that I created a webpage, as simplistic as it is. I am confident and excited to continue on and make this page become a hub of information on Jesus Christ.
What we learned
This will be more extensive that I previously considered. I did not know that it would be so involved, dealing with several different platforms.
What's next for Who Is Jesus?
Next steps would be to continue building onto the website. There are tabs that will be added based on various topics of interest. These will be filled in with researched information, Bible verses and commentary about Jesus Christ. I will put in references that visitors to the site can cross reference themselves as well as outreach programs that individuals can contact if they so choose.
